Climate Change Mitigation: A Collective Responsibility

As people of faith, we recognize the urgent need to address climate change, which affects the most vulnerable among us. We invite you to join us in mitigating its impacts and promoting sustainable livelihoods.

Objectives:

  1. Raise awareness on climate change effects and solutions.
  2. Promote sustainable agriculture practices.
  3. Support renewable energy initiatives.
  4. Foster community-led environmental conservation.

Action Plan:

  1. Tree Planting: Plant 1,000 trees in Akaba community.
  2. Solar Energy: Install solar panels in our schools and health centers.
  3. Sustainable Agriculture: Train 500 farmers in climate-resilient farming.
  4. Waste Management: Establish recycling programs in local schools.

Join Us:

  1. Volunteer your time and expertise.
  2. Donate resources (seeds, tools, solar equipment).
  3. Participate in community events and training.
